Portraits/People

Here are some of my portrait commissions and paintings of people. Some are quick “sketches”. Others are longer, sustained portraits. Most paintings are oil on canvas.

Most paintings are framed with simple floater frames. The frame is made of unfinished, kiln-dried Doug Fir, 1.5″ deep and 3/4″ wide. The frame edge is 1/4″ wide. See an image of a canvas in a floater frame. See a closeup of the floater frame.

Quotes for commissions are free. I can do portraits live or from photographs taken on-site.
