Here is the most recent painting inspired by the Dumoine River area and the DRAW (Dumoine River Art for Wilderness) group that CPAWS-OV hosts.

With the help of Wally Schaber, I chose the name “Looking Upriver From Ankose Campsite” for this painting.

There is an exhibition of work from DRAW at La Fab sur Mill in Chelsea, Quebec until November 2, 2025. In addition to the beautiful artwork, the exhibit also has panels explaining more about the Dumoine River and its history.

As with all the Dumoine River paintings I’ve done inspired by places I’ve been at with DRAW, I will donate 20% of the sale to CPAWS-OV to support their work.
