The exhibition runs from the end of August till the end of October (the gallery is open Friday thru Sunday afternoons)Of particular interest to anyone who cares about awareness and preservation of the wilderness in the Dumoine and Ottawa River valleys is the “Celebration of the Dumoine” on the weekend of Sept 13/14. Saturday evening (7:30 - 10:00) La Fab will host a talk by John McDonnell of CPAWS, a wonderful film about the Dumoine and ‘Songs and Stories’ by Marc Audet. On Sunday afternoon (the 14th) from 1:00 till 5:00 is the Vernissage of the art exhibition as well as talks by a selection of experts with information to share about the Dumoine. I’ll be there on the Sunday and look forward to seeing you there! ... See MoreSee Less
